There were stains on our bedding that was off putting. Also the check in process was confusing and I received scam emails about this reservation. So I think my data was leaked somehow. The location of the unit was excellent, and our stay was good overall. But I probably wouldn’t book anything managed by cozy suites because it felt uneasy / risky.

The apartment was very clean, comfortable and in perfect distance from all of the hottest places to visit. I truly enjoyed my experience and stay at Roami. The place is just as lovely as the photos! There's so much space, and it's really quiet, too. It's only a 5-minute walk to Bourbon Street, and getting an Uber to other spots is super easy. I would absolutely book here again!
