    Good low cost hotel with friendly staff

    Quiet nice low budget hotel. We were unlucky with the first room we received, the room had ants and wasn't entirely prepped for a stay where we lacked towels and soap. But once we talked with the receptionist a new room was provided without questions asked. It's 10 min away from Mulhouse center. Considering the price it's quiet good stay.

    It was comfy bed & warm, with friendly staff. Swimming pool was gud temperature very quite ☺️ 🌡️& sauna was really hot. However, room was not sweep properly, it had no blinds or net curtains 4 privacy!

    Fint og enkelt hotellrom. Stor butikk i nærheten. Bussen utenfor gikk ikke, så vi måtte gå til sentral stasjonen som lett kunne ta ca 15. Utskjekk var kl 10 noe som var veldig tidlig. Bassenget kostet penger.

    Die Reception war nicht bedient. Eingangstüre war geschlossen und Glasscheibe kaputt. Die Stromabdeckungen waren nicht vorhanden im Zimmer, die Steckdosen waren offen. Das Zimmer war sehr kalt.

    Y aller qu'en cas de réelle nécessité !

    La résidence est semble-t-il un hôtel social au vue des personnes qui y séjournent. Je ne m'étais pas renseignée sur la nature de l'établissement. L'accueil a été très désagréable de la part du gérant car il n'était pas présent aux horaires d'ouverture annoncés. Il a été très désagréable lors de la remise des clés. J'aurai du deviner qu'elles étaient dans le coffre et j'aurai du connaitre le code sans qu'on me l'ai communiqué ! La propreté de l'établissement laisse franchement à désirer. Une odeur résiduelle de tabac froid persiste dans les chambres et certaines parties communes. Le petit déjeuner aurait pu être correct si je n'avais pas été obligée de demander du beurre, puis des serviettes etc... La nuit, un résident a pendant 20 bonnes minutes tambouriné à la porte de sa chambre. C'était un séjour dans un établissement qui n'est pas à la hauteur de ce qu'il affiche. Je ne recommande par cet établissement dans l'état actuel (accueil, propreté, prestations). La seule personne aimable rencontrée a été la femme de ménage. Merci Madame pour votre amabilité.

    Absolument et totalement déçu on se serait cru dans les soutes de machinerie d un bateau avec ce bruit de climatiseur qui se trouvait dans le hall a côté de la chambre donc impossible de dormir de plus petit dej nul il n y avait rien mise a part croissant du pain sans beurre et deux miserables pots de confiture. Je deconseille totalement cet hotel

    Lt. Unterlagen sollte die Rezeption am Sonntag ab 16:00 h besetzt sein - Check-in ab 17:00 h möglich. Kurz nach 16:00 h waren wir also vor Ort. Leider konnten wir nicht ins Gebäude gelangen, da an der Rezeption niemand war. Mit einer Großfamilie, die offensichtlich dort wohnte, gelang es uns, in den offenen Empfangsbereich des Hotels zu kommen. Ein Mann, der sich dort aufhielt, schob uns eine Visitenkarte über den Tisch. Unter der Telefonnummer war niemand erreichbar. Als um 17:00 h noch immer niemand erschienen war, beschlossen wir die Nacht doch lieber anderweitig zu verbringen.

    Hotel très bien situé et calme

    Très bon accueil malgré le fait qu’apparemment Expedia avait supprimé ma réservation auprès de hôtelier et que donc l’hôtel ne nous attendais pas!... Heureusement, propriétaire très arrangeant et on a quand même eu une chambre. Mauvaise info également d'Expedia: le parking n'est pas gratuit. Hormis tout cela, excellent hôtel sympathique, à recommander.
