Tv turns on but none of the apps work. The room was clean but the bathroom door couldn’t open all the way or even close so trying to use the restroom or shower was interesting. The room was very humid that the toilet sweat so you had to wipe it off to use it every time even with the air on.

This Ramada South by the IAH airport is always OK. The best part is the price/cleanliness ratio and the fact that it's so close to the airport. I stay here quite often and I like it.

This place was an absolute disaster from start to finish. Nothing on the property worked as advertised — broken amenities, poor maintenance, and the entire place looked like it was falling apart. The property is in complete shambles and honestly feels unsafe. To make matters worse, items went missing during our stay and the staff showed zero accountability. It felt like theft was brushed off instead of taken seriously. What’s even more misleading is that the photos used to advertise this hotel appear heavily AI-generated or altered because they look nothing like the actual property. It’s false advertising, plain and simple. After all of this, management refused to issue any refund or take responsibility. This place should not be operating in its current condition. Save your money and stay somewhere else.we stayed from the 20th to the 1st absolutely terrible every step of the way

The best thing was the front desk customer service - at 2:00 in the morning , she took care of getting my room quickly and painlessly. The room was clean an quiet - breakfast was "ok" - waffles. I'd stay again, especially for the price ($55)

Staff was aggressively rude on the phone. I picked this hotel because it had an airport shuttle. AFTER I booked I found out the shuttle ran a limited shift that ended when my flight was due and it was tough luck.
