Great location. Close to main shopping areas. Only a 5 minute walk from bus stop 14. Room was large. Able to store suitcases for the day.

The customer service is outstanding and Our room was well equipped and very comfortable! We were traveling with an infant so had some special circumstances and I don’t think I ever waited more than 5 minutes for an email response!

Great location

Great property. Short walk to downtown Reykjavík. The property is extremely communicative about everything. Very spacious apartment. The only drawback is that there is no storage if you are planning a longer stay. Other than that, this place is great.

When we first got to the property, we weren’t too sure It’s very old, but it was clean. It appears to be in the old area of Iceland, where there’s a few hostiles. But at the end, we stayed in apartment, 102 which had a kitchenette, which was great because the price of food in Iceland is crazy expensive. It’s a self serve stay. Which we didn’t mind. It was walkable everywhere we needed to go. Love Iceland.

Very comfortable unit - not too small, outside door to a patio, convenient kitchenette, comfortable bed, clean new linens, room darkening shades, great water pressure in the shower. The one downside is the loud hallways and doors slamming. Use earplugs!

Love the location, swan house very clean. Would be nice to have a closet or drawer to put cloths in. Window in room 109 could not be locked. Also need better instructions on operating the hub. All in all lovely place and have only good things to say.

This was a great place to stay as a single traveller. I was a bit disappointed in the quality of the wifi because availability, full access to wifi was intermittent and unreliable when I was trying to do email and other wifi related online transactions. I was able to save a lot of money by buying my own food to prepare all breakfasts, most lunches and some dinners. Otherwise I enjoyed my stay very much. I highly recommend this hotel.

Location on a side street, down a hill. No check in personnel, a small waiting area with a locked luggage storage room, which could be accessed with a code. Our studio had a door to a private balcony which wouldn't lock, but after a call to the management, a repair man came and fixed it.

Just a few tweaks and this would be perfect.

Location was great. Listing said the room had a toaster, but this was not true. Instructions for using the hotplate were insufficient, we had to ask for help when instructions should have said that the pot needed to be placed on the hotplate for it to work. (Apparently this is obvious to some people!) Overall we enjoyed our stay.
