From the time we entered the reception, Sofia was amazing, the restaurant staff and checkout personnel also amazing. Our flight got delayed and thus we arrived later than expected and the hotel offered complimentary breakfast for our stay which helped get our vacation back on track! Heavenly home for a week in Crete

Great value for a great location. 20 minutes from Chania and many western points of interest. A great pool and the best beach location in Agia Marina IMO. A unique island was across from our beach which was cool. Good food and drinks at the convenient bar. Good snorkeling a short walk down the beach where a lot of rocks are found but very safe

App made a mistake and they were more than accommodation. Beach was amazing, staff was amazing at front desk and bar/resto, pools were amazing! Zero complaints. Breakfast on the beach .. you can’t go wrong! Even got a unique gift on the way out.
