The hotel is good if your wanting to really get away from it all. It is in the Valley and is a rare find. The staff are friendly and always willing to help. You can sit in the garden, play a game of cards or read a good book or simply head to the pool.

This hotel needs some money spending on it, the grounds and the rooms are just being left to decline, clearly no investment. the breakfast is ok just a bit limited and basic, staff are friendly and the price is low and a good location, only ten minnutes drive to Ronda.

Nice, quiet location. 10 minutes drive to town. Bar tender very helpful with tips to places to visit. Very friendly, hardworking staff. Pool clean. Outside patio a delight to sit and chat. Breakfast quick. Dinner delicious.

2 nights in Ronda

We were given a room where the heater (air conditioning) was not working. After a while, they moved us to another room. The room was cold, the air conditioning was very noisy and the blinds were stuck halfway down which means we had the sunlight coming in early in the morning. Definitively not a 4 star hotel and overpriced for what it is. Location wise it is convenient if you drive as only 10 min away from Ronda.

Just to be recomended if you like it loud

We arrived late in the afternoon and before going to the room, we realized it is the one closest to the Motorway. As we have choosen a hotel outside town to relax we asked for a change. It was not possible as the hotel was fully booked. Up to the room, i checked Hotels.com and 12 rooms with the same or a simular category were available. Beside that, the mechanism of the window was damaged which made it even a more noisy experience. Although the parking-lot was more or less left empty the whole night.

Good hotel, but a few issues

Comfortable and clean rooms. Good breakfast included in price. The ladies on reception and restaurant were very friendly and helpful. Disappointed as reserved room which advertised kettle or coffee maker and mini fridge...none of these were in the room The lady in reception said they have never been in the rooms so don't know why Hotels.com advertised this. We would not have booked this hotel had we known this. Also, at the evening meal, my first choices for main and dessert were not available. Overall, a good hotel but let down by issues above.

Gorge Life

We were expecting a double room, what we were given was a dark attic looking room with a smell. Rope was used to hold up the shelf for suit cases. I did ask if they had any other rooms, and they showed us a room with two beds together. The bathroom was not really usable, due to the smell and condition. At best it is a 2/10.
