We had a lovely time staying at the Upon Prime Residence in Lisbon. Beautiful room/apartment with everything we needed! The rooftop pool was lovely as well. Will definitely be back!

Great location, next to Benfica( if you’re a football fan) Small restaurant and bar on site. Supermarket just opposite. Loved the roof top pool to watch the sunset over the city. We just used Ubers to get around and found them very cheep and reliable.

Great value for the price. The hotel was clean and well appointed the rooms had a small living room and kitchen which is great when traveling with children. Our family enjoyed the buffet breakfast and access to the roof pool. It’s about a 10€ Uber trip into the city but for all the extra value it was worth it. I would book again. Unless you want to be in the heart of the city for the nightlife this is a good location for a family doing site seeing and day trips out of town.

This felt more like a dormitory-style stay than a hotel. Soundproofing is very poor, and noise from other guests and common areas can be heard easily. I was also uncomfortable that a receptionist entered my room without my permission while I was inside and no apology was offered afterward. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet my expectations for privacy or comfort.
