This is a great property. The views from the deck are beautiful! We watched elk from there and listened to their calling. What a sweet treat. The con of this property, I’m not sure in the bottom unit is a rental or owner occupied; you could easily hear muffled voices and their t.v. Would we stay there again, yes. It was peaceful.

The hilltop location was spectacular, with beautiful views. The place was clean and comfortable, and having two bathrooms was a great convenience. The furniture is a little outdated, but everything was clean and well maintained. The price was excellent for what we received, and we would definitely stay here again!

My favorite place to stay when visiting Ruidoso. But this time the room has lots of insects, including one spider in the bathroom, two moths on the top of a lamp, and one small ceterpede on the ceiling

Balcony view was good and it was nice sitting out in the morning. The kitchen was good and bed was comfortable. The bathrooms were ok but small. The steps to get into the room (2nd story) were very steep.

Plenty of room with 2 bedrooms and having two bathrooms was a huge plus as well. The kitchen has all the appliances you needed but was a little shy on some utensils needed for cooking. Great price and would recommend.

It was higher up in the mountain than I expected, but it was a beautiful spot. Parking was kind of limited but that was probably the only downfall to the whole place. Will be staying here in the future.
