Along with 7 restaurants, this smoke-free villa has a marina and an outdoor pool. Free WiFi in public areas and free self parking are also provided. Other amenities include 3 bars/lounges, a 24-hour health club and a sauna. All 50 soundproofed villas feature free WiFi and memory foam beds. Comforts include Egyptian cotton sheets and down duvets, and guests will also find conveniences such as dining areas and fridges.
Las Villas Marina Pez Vela offers 50 air-conditioned accommodations with a safe and coffee/tea makers. Rooms open to balconies or patios. This individually decorated and furnished accommodation has separate dining areas and includes kitchen islands. Memory foam beds feature Egyptian cotton sheets, down duvets and premium bedding. Beautiful place with amazing conceirge

This place was stunning. The villa was huge, 2 bedrooms and large kitchen. The ceilings were massive creating a really open feeling. The concierge was always there to help you answer any questions. The marina had a lot of construction but the noise wasn’t an issue.

Tuve una experiencia extraordinaria durante mi estadía. Las villas son simplemente fantásticas: cómodas, amplias, muy bien diseñadas y con una calidad que se percibe en cada detalle. La atención de todo el equipo fue magnífica, siempre atentos, amables y dispuestos a hacer que nuestra experiencia fuera aún mejor. La limpieza fue impecable durante toda la estancia y las instalaciones se mantuvieron en perfectas condiciones. Quiero destacar también la calidad de la cocina, los baños y todas las amenidades disponibles. Todo está pensado para brindar comodidad, bienestar y una experiencia de alto nivel. Se nota el cuidado y la dedicación que hay detrás de cada espacio y servicio. En general, fue una experiencia sobresaliente de principio a fin. Sin duda, es un lugar que recomendaría con total confianza y al que me encantaría regresar en el futuro. Muchas gracias por hacer de nuestra estadía una experiencia tan especial.

Muy buen lugar para hospedarse. Villas bien equipadas y modernas. En general la propiedad es muy bonita y cerca de Manuel Antonio. A tomar en cuenta que tiene muchas obras y remodelaciones en marcha, esto a mayo de 2026. Algunos detalles en la habitación como las puertas al balcón de difícil operación y ventiladores mal instalados. Pero definitivamente sí volvería a hospedarme ahí.

So my displeasures were related to their hunger to charge your credit card. Upon booking i left a 50% deposit and before i arrived they charged my card for the full amount, ugh $4000 US. The required a $500 deposit for incidentals, and to date still haven’t received my credit. They say it takes a week, ok but I’ve been back longer than that?? I would not go back for this reason any many more.

Perfect setup especially if fishing.

Beautiful and if fishing its got everything you need. Great shops and restaurants and the staff is amazing. Pool was being repaired but its beautiful. We’ll be back for sure.
