I have stayed at No. 10 several times in the past. It is my go-to place whenever I visit Preston. I have stayed in a few of the different suites and they are all great, but I especially like the Tiffany room because it is a high floor and very quiet and just has a lovely cosy feel to it. Always very clean. Location works really well for me with exceptionally easy access to Preston Train Station, Fishergate for shopping and buses etc. Check in easy and communication always fantastic. Highly recommend.
