Great Property

Employees were very helpful, the little upstairs coffee shop was great, and they have some good food as well. The units are nice, with good finishes and nice spaces. The neighborhood is also interesting, and has many little restaurants and shops on the streets, I will be staying here again!

Reyna was so kind, friendly, and accommodating. She gave both me and my brother a tour of the place and was always helpful with answering all of our questions about Punta Mita and needed transportation. What a beautiful person!

No longer our favorite

This was my & my two boys fourth time staying at Punto Mita Suites. It has been one of our favorite places in the past. This time was much less peaceful than I remember. There was more noise at night, partying and dogs barking. And some of the staff seemed burnt out, some were even rude. The affordability of the nightly rates is definitely offset if you end up having to pay their high prices of replacing something. This time they charged $100 US for washing the bed covers after my son had an accident which was not the case in the past. This is no longer one of our favorite places to stay in Nayarit.
