Did the job for a one night stay. Just used the beds / bathroom but looked reasonable equipped.
Will use again when back in Cambridge.

Wasn't expecting any parking but found it easy to park in a visitor's bay, after checking with a local resident.
Nice to have tea, coffee & biscuits too. Thank you.

Good location, quiet location.
Did not Like:
The heating did not work, the wall thermostat did not respond to my selections. Unacceptable for this time of year.
The description you get from the host is little bit wordy. I took my a little bit to find both PIN‘s to access the apartment. There were also several links in the description which were helpful.

Economical bright and airy apartment
A nice, bright (double aspect windows) apartment in a very quiet close, on the edge of Cambridge.
Clean and fairly well appointed (fridge freezer, microwave, cooker, washing machine, iron and board). No hairdryer as far as I can see. TV and Virgin box. Comfortable bed (I do hate poor mattresses) was a blessing.
I'm sure that before booking it claimed to have parking, because I declined several other properties because they had no parking. However in the confirmation they stated that parking is on the street and is limited, which is due to the nature of modern estate design. However the location is at the very end of a close, there's no through traffic, and I was able to park right outside.
It's 3 or 4 miles to the centre of town, fairly easy drive for Cambridge. There's a very big Tesco within a mile, if needed.
Don't go there as a noisy late night group. I was solo, and was out until 11pm at the Corn Exchange to see a gig. I sat using my phone with the TV on at a moderate level (IMHO) but got some terse knocking on the wall or ceiling from below after midnight. It really wasn't loud, but I guess modern build often comes with limited sound insulation. Not a big deal for me, I wasn't going to be watching much longer anyway, but I imagine some groups of people might find that they have an issue.

Compact, cheap & clean - Ideal for Uni. drop-off
We used the property for dropping our daughter off at Cambridge University as hotels are super expensive on these drop-off weekends!
The flat is small but perfectly fine for a quick sleepover (in it for 12 hours). If you are a big person it is a bit on the 'cosy' side in the shower room!

Self contained flat in suburb of Cambridge
2 adults and two children (10 & 8). Well appointed flat in quiet residential suburb of Cambridge. We paid £15 for a taxi into town.
Free on street parking. You’re not allowed to park on the drive of the property as the owner’s cars use this.
Given the key and left to it. No instructions or code given for the back door keypad so couldn’t get back in when we returned from Cambridge. Fortunately the owner came and let us in but could have easily been avoided with better communication and by giving us the keypad code!

This is a self service apartment and there are a lot of instructions to be followed... glad it wasn't dark or raining when we arrived. There were also an extensive list of behaviour expectations, that were irritating, given it wasn't the cleanest of places. It's quiet and 1/2 hour out of Cambridge ~£15 taxi fare in.
Great little maisonette that did the required job; giving us a clean, comfortable space to lie our heads.
We especially liked the comfortable, double sofa beds. Free wifi and cable tv were appreciated.
The property does get horrendously warm at this time of year because heat rises and it's set at first floor level. We slept with the windows open and the fan on in the bedroom.
Having a big supermarket close-by meant that we were able to buy lots of drinks to store in the fridge as it was a very hot weekend.
The owner was very polite and personable and we appreciated the personal welcome and run-through of the property.
Apartment is in a good location for visiting Cambridge. Also close to amenities like a large Tesco. Apartment is small but in a decent condition. The only real problem we had with the apartment is that there was no real soundproofing between the apartment and the other apartment downstairs. We could hear everything going on downstairs and we didn't manage to get a good night's sleep as they were loud before and after a night out with noise not stopping until around 4am.
1 bedroom flat situated between the airport and Addenbrookes on a quiet residential estate. Ideal for visiting the local area, especially if you like to get away from the busy town centre. There is the no.1 bus around the corner and a Tesco superstore a 10 minute walk away. I believe the flat can sleep 4 people as there are two sofa beds but it would be very snug with this number. The bathroom is en suite to the bedroom.
This apartment is perfectly located in a quiet suburb just outside Cambridge. Perfect for getting into the city centre by bus. It is small but there is just about everything you would need in it. The apartment is cleaned by a company and I alerted the owner to a couple of oversights on their part which he is sorting out with them. On the whole this was a good base for our trip.
We stayed here for 2 nights because it was close to family. Small but perfectly adequate and everything you would want for a longer stay eg washing machine, full size oven. We were in the ground floor apartment and only negative really was the noise from the upstairs one. Sounded like laminate flooring that hadn't been fitted properly. Loud creaking from every footstep. Luckily upstairs seemed to settle down to sleep similar time as us so didn't disturb our sleep.
