Comfortable apartment at a nice location

I stayed together with two friends and we really enjoyed our time in the apartment. It is clean and spacious, and the owner is very attentive. The apartment is in a safe and quiet neighbourhood, and conveniently located for exploring Izmir. We would be happy to come back!

Apartment was just what we were after Very clean Had everything we needed And in a good location, we had to walk to get to the city about 20 mins but we walked through a lovely park Taxis very cheap and just just up from the apartment

Deva Evleri was a lovely place. Rooms were very clean & spacious. Kitchen amenities were great as was the tv and lounge area of the living space. Only beef is poor lighting, dead light bulbs in lamps. We had to use our phones to cook food in the evenings. Ideally situated we walked everywhere and did all our food shopping within a 5 min walking radius around the place. The main bazaar, boardwalk, clock towers were all within walking distance. Tour pickup point was also a 3 minute walk. So great location.

Both mother and son are kind. Communication is very smooth. They explain the facilities well. The room is large and has many beds. Wi-Fi works well. All the equipment is properly equipped, so you can do whatever you want. There is a smoking area in the private connected back space. Non-smokers may smell cigarette smoke. It has a very secure door lock. The air conditioner and heater work properly. The taxi stop is a 3-minute walk away.

La struttura è molto buona e ben allestita.. unica pecca.. ma fondamentale per me visto che ci si va a dormire... un rumore insopportabile anche a finestre chiuse che viene dalla macchina del condizionamento posta all'esterno delle stesse finestre..., alla fine mi sono alzato e mi sono accucciato nel divano più grande del soggiorno.. il rumore arrivava anche lì ma molto affievolito.... è un problema che dovrebbe essere risolto altrimenti anche se bello, l'appartamento è inutile per dormirci
