Convenient location walking distance to many restaurants. Check in availability a long time which benefits those who arrive in the evening

The staff was great and there presents was know, however I had no hot water on the 9th floor

Apartment was disgusting, shower ceiling was leaking dripping water on me every time I stepped into the shower and they couldn't fix the issue despite my complaints. Shower was also clogged and wouldn't drain when I checked in. Walls are cracked and the unit is poorly maintained and dirty. Dust on all surfaces and the place is infested with cockroaches - I saw more than 20 during my short stay. Even the fridge didn't work until I got them to fix it. Considering this is supposed to be a "high-end l" apartment, this was a laughably bad stay. Avoid at all costs!

Sadly the shower didn’t have hot water and was slightly broken, we reported it but wasn’t really fixed. Location is decent and safe, pool was really good despite only getting 2 hours per day to use it

I really like the area that the hotel is located. It appeared to be more Korean in spire restaurants near there so if you’re looking for that sale of food and opportunities to try while in Lapu-Lapu highly recommend. I did not know when booking that it’s going to be more of apartment style which I really really enjoyed. The showerhead does come with a filter. I would book again.
