Favorite hotel stay so far in Italy! Super gorgeous hotel and courtyard. Free washer in basement. The 1 bedroom apartment was big enough for 4 adults and then some. Staff was so helpful and kind. On site restaurant served a delicious breakfast. Location was absolutely perfect. Would come back!

Check-in process was very much a remote connection to a website. Some people like that, but we found it a little bit difficult. Doing it a second time would’ve been easy. It was just the first time going through the process took about 30 minutes.

Nice area within walking distance to many great restaurants and places to see. We had 4 rooms. 3 of the 4 rooms were excellent. Room 107 was very small for 4 persons. We placed 2 persons in that room. They have a washer dryer that came in handy.

The hotel is a great base for visiting Florence, in a slightly quieter neighbourhood but still plenty of food and drink options nearby and all the big attractions are a walkable distance away. The room was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.
