This hotel far exceeded our expectations it was more like a mini resort and wished we could have stayed longer than the 3 nights.. perfect for exploring the local attractions and only 40-45mins to Alton Towers. The room we had was a 2 bed apartment in the main building, which was much bigger than the photos. The amenities were awesome and there’s a range of free activities and entertainment that was put on whilst we were there. The staff were also amazing, we will be back for sure :-)

Apartment was lovely and roomy, sofa bed is massive and the best quality I've seen. The whole place was spotless upon arrival. Staff were really friendly and facilities are excellent there is so much for kids and families .We will definitely be back to stay again.

Nice place but unfortunately if you book a 2 bedroom apartment it could be allocated either inside the country house or a cabin overlooking countryside so we felt it was misleading in what we thought we had booked. It would have been better for the venue to advertise the apartments exactly as they were located as it affects the feel of a countryside stay.
