This was an exceptional property and experiance overall. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating even when we showed up a couple hours before check-in. The rooms with the infinity pool view of the sea and mountains felt like they were out of a movie scene.

Really wonderful staff, beautiful rooms and views. Transportation is very accessible here even with the large hill to get to the top of the location. Breakfast was delicious. Staff gets a 10/10 for service. Will be back!

The staff was super helpful every time we had questions, and the shuttle service is fantastic. They kindly let us store our luggage for our last day and let us use their staff washroom before we left for the airport.

The hotels view is unbeatable from your pool that’s right out your balcony doors. The staff were friendly and the shuttle was a nice bonus. When taking tours and activities note most will only pick you up at the bottom of the road. Which isn’t a knock on the hotel as they provide a shuttle to and from Ao Nang beach and Grabs will go up the hill.

This place had the best view of a hotel I've ever seen. The services was awesome, the breakfast and the room was very comfortable. We enjoyed the swimming pool attached to the room and the transportation to and from town was free and very convenient.

Our stay was excellent. Probably the best view from a hotel we have ever had and the added personal pool tops it off. Yes a bug or two can get in the room but its in a a tropical environment and unless you never use your pool or look at your view than it is almost impossible to not get one in. It is a little more work to get into town but they do have a shuttle which you can call if you're at the bottom of the hill. Overall great view, good breakfast and nice staff.

the view is amazing but you need to work for it. Indeed, the hotel is at the very top of a hill, and to call the shuttle you need to have a thai number to call the reception.... also, we wanted to order room service at 8pm, they told us they didn't serve anymore, while it was written 9pm in the hotel booklet. Breakfast is okay, but same, the egg station is open randomly

Staff were great and very helpful especially when we last minute needed a taxi to thw ferry. Room was really and very special to have our own pool. Will definitely be back again

The rooms looked bigger online but were nice. The private infinity pool is awesome. It’s a bit far from the beach but there is a free shuttle running throughout the day which made it convenient to get back and forth.
