Sole mare e maremma

Tutto sommato, un buon fine settimana al mare, la struttura e' in stato di ristrutturazione come descritto da un responsabile stanno ristrutturando a lotti considerata la grandezza della struttura, ottimo il personale e la reception, ambienti puliti nei vari appartamenti, lasciando a desiderare nei spazi condominiali. Una buona struttura per rilassaesi in vacanza, considerata anche la località, esperienza da ripetere.

Molto curato il giardino , bella piscina, animazione cortese e discreta, appartamenti un po’ datati ma puliti e con il necessario per passare una bella vacanza. Il terrazzo attrezzato con tavolo e sedie con una bella vista ottimo per un fine giornata rilassante , distanza dal mare buona ma è meglio spostarsi in bicicletta. Unica pecca troppe scale per raggiungere gli appuntamenti soprattutto con i bagagli. Non ci sono ascensori.

Soggiorno senza infamia ne’ lode

Luogo molto vicino alla spiaggia e non lontano... anche a piedi.. dal centro di Castiglione della pescaia. Molto gentile il personale, molto accoglienti e simpatici gli operatori dedicati ai bambini. La pulizia della camera, forse dovuta anche all’età degli appartamentini, sarebbe da rivedere. Il ristorante all’interno del residence necessita anch’esso qualche ‘rivisitazione’.

Struttura posizionata in un contesto ambientale molto bello ,L appartamento dove ho passato 3 giorni era un po’ vecchiotto ma soprattutto non pulitissimo (appartamento standard ), il ristorante può sicuramente migliorare nella qualità del cibo , colazione al bar poco appetibile , piscina molto piacevole...per essere una struttura da 4 stelle credo che la pulizia e i servizi debbano essere migliori

Mediocre experience

Our stay was only 2 days, and the hotel was ok, although very run down. We stayed in a 2 bedroom appartment, which was spacey enough, but due to the concrete buildings, we could clearly hear the noises from the neighbours and the evening entertainment, which lasted until 10.30 pm! The pool was nice and clean and the proximity to the beach made the stay a pleasant one. Hotel garden and surroundings are very nice and well-kept

Spacious and confortable home in amazing residence

i was travelling with my parents, my sister and her two kids. The flat was more spacious than we expected. In addition to the kitchen area, there was a second dining area in the the large balcony. We found the apartment finishes a little bit outdated. The TV, the sliding door to the balcony and the kitchen sink were not working properly so we pointed that out to the receptionist who called a mantainance team to fix the issues promptly the first day. We had two cars and it was convenient to have smaller carparks close to the apartment. We loved the residence beautiful landscape which is integral part of its design. The swimming pools (kids and adult one) were also beautiful, surrounded by olive trees. Kids loved it. We enjoyed the overall experience and we would definetely reccomend it.

Vista sul mare immersi in un curatissimo giardino

La struttura è molto particolare, adagiata sulla collina ed immersa in un parco curatissimo a 10 minuti a piedi dalle spiagge. Il direttore e lo staff si sono mostrati attenti e disponibili a tutte le nostre richieste. Piscina curata e pulitissima. Minimarket forse un po' troppo essenziale con orari limitati. Presenza di molte scale senza ascensore.

Excellent rapport qualité prix

Super établissement, malgré la conception ancienne, il est très fonctionnel. On marche à cause des escaliers mais la piscine est fantastique, la plage à 8 Minutes à pied et les service de l'hôtel tres bien( accueil, animation, et chambre)
