Prime location. Excellent rooms, comfortable stay. Excellent quality of accommodation but really worn out patch worked run down furniture/ fittings that is a contrast to the posh room quality

The room was very clean and spacious. I was even upgraded to a 2-bedroom apartment free of charge. I was only staying for one night but wish I got to stay longer! Staff was also kind.

Had a great stay for 9 days. Apartment was spotless with a great view. Don’t plan on using the elevator between 11am and 1pm and you will be waiting well over half and hour for it as this is check out time.

Great location. Modern unit, very clean but starting to show some wear and tear. Check in efficient and communication good. Only annoying thing was they only gave us one key….a bit ridiculous when your apartment is on the 50th floor and you have a 2 bedroom apartment with four people in it.

High standard apartment, spacious, clean. Amazing views of the city, especially from swimming pool on 51st floor skydeck. Staff were helpful and friendly. Walking distance to Petronas Towers and nearby shopping mall for food/shops.

It is lovely spacious room, good for family washer dryer is very useful Cutlery could be renewed We have to ask for kettle No microwave nor toaster Difficult to have toast in the morning or other food to be heated We have 8 visitors but we were given only 2 bath towel so we have to ask again and again Conditions of rooms were a bit dated If they can do facelift it could fetch much more in fees because the room has stunning view of towers Sky deck is the best With the price we paid we are happy Pros - location Sky deck and view Spacious room Cons-felt dated Some utensil mentioned as above

Need to ensure the room that you received was the room that you booked. Else the staff might shortchange you. Staff will deliver any service satisfactoraily that have been promised provided that you request it. The place is very convenient, shops are accessible and many food options avaliable.
