If you like a stark, concrete, air conditioned condo, you’ll love this place. It’s very handy to some great parts of the city, and was exceptionally well-located for some work on Concordia campus.

The stay was overall just okay. The space is convenient with a washer/dryer and kitchen, however they do not provide smaller things like laundry soap. Sheets were clean, bathroom could have been cleaner. Bed and pillows were on the harder side, but the room had a blackout curtain which was nice.

The apartments was clean and spacious and even though we didn’t spend a lot of time there because we were out for most of the days and only really went back to sleep it was very comfortable and was nice to feel like going back to your own place away from home after a long day

It’s basically an apartment. The walls are rather thin. I could hear the activities of the couple beside me. Comfy bed and good location if you need to be in that part of Montreal. The code for the door and then the inside door and then the elevator and then your room is a bit of a production if you are going in and out very often.
