Lovely relaxing home!

I stayed here for 4 nights in January and was expecting much less! As nice as the place looked, I thought it would be quite cold and basically a faceless apartment style. In fact, it was really nice, helpful staff and lovely room. I was expecting a sofa bed, but had full bed and separate sofa. I lvoed the bathroom too - so nice. It was quite handy as I was sick wiht a flu the whole time i stayed here so having somehwere nice to crash in during the evenings was great. I also found having the cinema approx 50m from the hotel very cool. If only I realsied there was a supermarket right there too. Would defintiely stay here again (and use the supermarket). I love Bordeaux so do expect to be back. My only issue was the staff seemed to have no idea about the sunday trams and told me the schedule didn't change on a Sunday... They do... I nearly missed my train as a result but oh well, that's why we have taxis right?

Gostei muito do hotel,muito boa cama,tudo muito confortavel. A localizacao era otima,a uma quadra um mercado enorme ,e era dentro de um centro comercial muito bom. O ônibus vindo do aeroporto para a duas quadras. Super recomendo.

Leider steht nirgends explizit erwähnt, das während 4 tagen weder gereinigt, mülleimer geleert noch das bett gemacht wird, ist nicht unbedingt 4* standard. Die einrichtung ist schon recht abgenutzt, es gibt lediglich 2 deutsche tv sender. Speziell auch das zuerst die daten meiner kreditkarte notiert werden, obwohl alles bereits bezahlt wurde, anschliessend musste ich eine weitere nacht als kaution bezahlen, welche mir angeblich 7 tage nach abreise wieder rückvergütet wird.

Fantastic experience

Everything was perfect. The reception people very friendly and helpful. The room was great with a kitchenette which had everything. Bed comfortable and we had a back balcony which was wonderful to have.

Dejlig beliggenhed og sødt personale

Meget fint ophold. Beliggenheden er upåklagelig, og det er nemt at nå destinationen uanset om det er fra lufthavnen eller den store togstation. Vær dog opmærksom på, at værelset ikke rengøres dagligt. Vi var desuden glade for, at hotellet tilbød late check-out (to timer) uden ekstra betaling.
