Very clean and comfortable. Everything you need for a complete stay. The only issue we had was the climb of forty stairs to get to the apartment - not ideal for those with mobility issues. Otherwise first rate.

Brilliant location, 5 mins walk from the centre. Nice area, street full of cafes and supermarket at the corner. Felt safe. Jelena gave us great and easy instructions on how to get into the apartment. Perfect communication. 10/10 🤗

Great location but a bit hard to find. We arrived somewhat late and the property was not well lit. Parking was fine once you locate it. Room was clean with great hot water. FYI there are several flights of stairs to go up. Would stay here again.

Great location. Limited services.

Great location. Good for families. Unfortunately the washing machine was not working (and was located in a different apartment even though we booked with it).

Good location

The apartment was in a lovely part of Zagreb and within easy walking distance to the train station. The apartment was well equipped and the beds were comfortable, however, the air conditioning didn’t work very well.

Apartments are centrally located right in the heart of the City. Our group agreed hat we could live months comfortably in the two apartments we rented. Restaurants & cafe's everywhere! One note is to contact Tesla prior to arrival to coordinate check-in.

Great location. The apartment was central which meant we could easily get back to escape the extreme heat when needed. Air con worked and was a much needed relief for our 5 year old. Wi-fi also worked which made him happy too. We were able to get fresh towels and linen when we needed to as well.

We had a pleasant stay at this property. It was a little difficult to find from the street, but once found the instructions from the property manager helped us find our way inside. We stayed in the 1 bedroom apartment which was quite large and modern. Location is very good, right in town with plenty of nice restaurants right outside the property. We were disturbed by the cleaning lady who knocked 10min prior to our checkout time, wanting to start cleaning. We said we were still inside tidying our stuff up and she still knocked a further 2 times before we left at 10am.

Bed bugs!

The Flat is nice inside, really beautiful! But when you go to bed.. The bed bugs in huge quantites start biting you. I had to run away in the morning to the expensive hotel nearby. It is not seldom you meed bed bugs in Europe. The host suggested to move to the other room to the sofa, but bed bugs were there too! Luckily received back the money for the unused night, but nothing else, no compensation for the sleepless night etc.

Not worth a penny

Dirty bed sheets, dirty shower head with minimal water pressure, wifi wasn’t working so we had to buy a data plan, and the AC wasn’t cold, but warm. Messaged the property & they refused compensation & said “sorry we will let the maid know”. Would not recommend at all.

I traveled solo and found the apartment met my needs. It was a bit noisy overnight (apartment overlooks a street with restaurants and mainly pedestrian traffic) so bring ear plugs if you prefer quieter surroundings. I was able to walk everywhere. It was easy to access from the public transportation. Owner sent excellent directions via WhatsApp. Check out is 10 am and they shared the name of a luggage storage facility which was close by. I didn’t use the kitchen so I can’t comment on what was available for use. Bath Towels were provided. Apartment #2 is on the second floor and I didn’t see any elevator so it could be challenging for those who have accessibility needs. I enjoyed my stay.

The location is fairly central, which was the main positive aspect of our stay. However, there were several issues that made the experience disappointing, especially for families traveling with children. 1. The apartment is located on the second floor with no elevator, and this was not clearly mentioned anywhere. For travelers arriving from another country with luggage and children, carrying everything up the stairs was very difficult. 2. There is no onsite parking. In addition, we were unable to drive directly to the property because the surrounding roads are restricted to residents. 3. The property was very difficult to find. The check-in instructions were sent by email only about 12 hours before arrival. Since we were traveling internationally with limited mobile data, this was inconvenient. I had previously communicated through Hotels.com messages, but no response was provided there. 4. We checked in late, and there were no lights on the stairs, which felt unusual and made access more difficult. 5. The master bedroom has neither a ceiling fan nor a portable fan. The room felt quite stuffy and claustrophobic, with only one air-conditioning unit located in the living room. 6. The bathroom towels were old and very rough. 7. The property is not particularly family-friendly, and I would not recommend it for guests traveling with children. 8. Proper linens were not provided. Our family of four was given only two blankets.

Definitely avoid if you're a non-smoker.

We arrived in the room and were immediately met with a very strong smell of cigarettes. As non-smokers, it was unbearable for us and we had to leave and book a room elsewhere. The room was falsely advertised as non-smoking, so be aware! Additionally, the cooking hob and the dishwasher were both broken. After advising the owner of the smell and leaving the room how we found it, we were outright refused a refund by them. Very disappointed.

Top Location! Top Appartment

Bodde i apartment 3. Møkkete laken hang over et bord i mellomgangen.
