Excelente custo-benefício. Bem localizado, a administração sempre solícita e disposta a ajudar. Funcionários sempre educados, cordiais e dispostos a ajudar. Como sugestão, seria colocar aparelhos de ar condicionado do tipo split nos quartos.

Quartier Latin

Ficamos no apartamento 702 e não no 304 como foi informado na reserva. O apartamento é agradável e fica de frente para a rua principal, mas tivemos problema com o chuveiro qie só tinha água fria, com o secador que funcionava alguns segundos e parava de funcionar, pois aquecia muito, falta um suporte no box para que se coloque shampoo e outros itens. As toalhas também não foram trocadas diariamente. Mas, apesar dos problemas mencionados, tivemos uma hospedagem tranquila.

Caixinha de surpresas

A experiência decepcionante começa por uma portaria (não se trata de uma recepção) em que o porteiro lhe entrega as chaves. Ao entrar no apto você descobre que não há instruções de como ligar a TV, não se sabe a senha do wifi, e o ar-condicionado fo quarto não liga. Também não consta como falar com a portaria. Você tem de descer ao térreo para que o porteiro ligue ao proprietário pedindo as instruções. Segue-se uma discussão sobre um Whatsapp que me foi enviado enquanto eu estava na estrada remetido a partir de um banco (CEF) com as tais instruções. O ar-condicionado só consegui ligar depois de mexer nos disjuntores (o que é temerário). As instalações já mostram ser antigas, não tem ar-condicionado nem ventilador na sala de forma que o hóspede adicional fica no calor. Enfim, sem profissionalismo. Se for um turista estrangeiro, nem pensar em ficar neste local.
