Our stay at AEI Ka'anapali Shores exceeded our expectations. The 2 bedroom unit was spacious and had a stunning ocean view. Property was clean and staff were friendly. Both pools were excellent, but we especially enjoyed the lagoon pool. The beach fronting the resort was small, but there was a larger beach just steps to the left. Highly recommend going another mile south to Kahekili "airport" beach for the full Maui beach experience.

This is a very nice facility. Young couples , parents with children, and retired couples. All the children that we saw were well behaved. Our room though a bit dated was warm and comfortable/welcoming. The kitchen was nice.
The hotels boat loads right in front on the beach.

This was a wonderful place to stay for our family of 3. The grounds are beautiful to walk around with all the tropical plants and you can see and hear the birds chirping. We had an ocean view room and the view was amazing! The restaurant was great, not many options on the menu but what they had on the menu was spot on and it was not to crowded so we got seated quickly and you get an ocean and pool view. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The location is walking distance to a strip center that has a grocery store and a variety of restaurants. Also walking distance is the food truck park. Overall this resort hotel is a great value for the price. The pillows were a little firm for my personal taste. We will definitely be back!

The best part was the pools and hot tubs. We spent a lot of our time there. The restaurant outside had great breakfast, and the coffee in the rooms was also great. The customer service could have been better, but overall 3/5 stars. We loved how close it was to the food truck park and walking distance to grocery, ice cream, and coffee shops!
