Soggiorno con famiglia, 5 persone

Purtroppo abbiamo avuto diverse criticità secondo me dovute alla poca attenzione alle richieste del cliente. Mancanza di tutti gli accessori per la 5° persona e soprattutto il materasso del divano letto non era più un materasso idoneo e si sentiva tutta la struttura del letto. Il problema che non avendo una reception per ogni situazione ho dovuto chiamare e devo dire che mi hanno subito risposto gentilmente cercando di risolvere il problema. I muri interni hanno molte crepe magari un rinfrescata andrebbe fatta.

Appartamento pulito ed in ottima posizione a 50m dalla spiaggia di Lacona. Peccato che il costo dell’appartamento non è quello descritto sul sito, ma si pagano 8€ al giorno a persona in più per dei servizi a forfait non chiari.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene, Lucio alla reception molto gentile disponibile , non abbiamo avuto nessun problema con il check in e out. L'alloggio molto grande e pulito, e a 2 passi dalla spiaggia da consigliare e ripetere

Lo stato della struttura (del monolocale) era ottimo, mobili ed accessori pressoché nuovi. Piano cottura ad induzione e frigorifero sembravano (e forse erano) nuovi. Qualche particolare strideva con lo stato generale del monolocale. Rumorosissime le ante a scorrimento dell'armadio che disturbano sicuramente gli occupanti delle camere attigue. Un mini mini mini televisore ti induce ad uscire piuttosto che accenderlo. Deludente sotto tutti i punti di vista la soluzione divano letto che, per un soggiorno superiore ad una notte, non è proprio accettabile. Buono il silenzio notturno (fine aprile) intorno alla struttura che è un po' fuori mano dai centri principali dell'isola.
