We really enjoyed our time at Lief Mojo. It is a very unique location in Japan town at the end of the alley. It is extremely conveniently located by restaurants and shopping. It gets busier at night so it can be loud if you’re trying to sleep but our room was at the back and noise was not an issue for us. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was delicious and we really appreciated there was refillable water jugs on each floor. We definitely recommend staying here.

It’s a cute boutique hotel. Staffs are informative, friendly and helpful. Street at night a bit noisy, other than that this hotel is very convenient to shopping and walking around with bar’s, restaurants and convenience store.

Wondeful hotel & staff in the heart of Ho Chi Minh

Wonderful hotel made even better by lovely and helpful staff. Situated in the heart of District 1, its walking distance to all of the major tourist hotspots. The room was bright, contemporary and festured a very comfortable bed. Breakfast had a small number of tasty cooked options as well as a plentiful buffet selection. The hotel is doing its thing for the planet and offers reuseable glass water bottles, with safe drinking water stations on every floor. A lovely woman on the desk called Alex (her 'english' name) helped us with everything we could possibly need. A personable hotspot in a big city.

Great place to stay

We really enjoyed Lief Mojo Saigon, primarily because the staff were fantastic! They were really accommodating and provided great tips in terms of places to explore. Our first room was quite loud but we mentioned this to staff (more as a passing comment than a complaint) and they were fantastic, immediately moving us to another room which was much quieter. The breakfast is delicious and the rooms are very cute and have a lot of character.

Das Personal ist wirklich sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten 2 Zimmer gebucht und wurden zunächst im 1. Stock untergebracht. Hier waren die Zimmer sehr laut (zur Straße liegend), aber es war kein Problem, in ein Zimmer ohne Aufpreis im oberen Stock zu wechseln. Das war auch um einziges größer und recht ruhig, zeigte es zum Hinterhof. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und moden eingerichtet, alles ist sehr sauber.

Ik vond het personeel erg attent. Verder was ik nergens tevreden over. Wij hebben 3 keer van kamer moeten wisselen. De eerste keer was omdat wij aan de straatkant waren geplaatst. Het was er erg gehorig. Ook de personeelsleden gaven aan het inderdaad gehorig te vinden. Dit ging om kamer 202. Wij kregen een andere kamer toegewezen welke groter en minder gehorig was. Dit bleek een geweldige kamer te zijn. Na een paar dagen kwamen wij erachter dat er een plas water in de kamer lag. Dit was rond middennacht. Er stroomde water uit het plafond. Dit was op meerdere plekken het geval. Dit was kamer 303. Wij hebben direct een van de medewerkers gebeld. Zij dacht dat het niet ernstig was tot ik haar de overstroming liet zien. Wij kregen direct een andere kamer aangewezen. Tijdens onze transfer naar de andere kamer was een prostituee in de lift aanwezig deze zocht wanhopig naar de juiste kamer om zijn/haar dienst te verlenen. 4 sterren met een tintje prostitutie dat zou eigenlijk vermeld moeten worden. Deze laatste kamer was het ergste van allemaal het stonk er erg sterk naar riool. Tegels en douchekophouder zaten los. Kortom deze kamer was niet up to date. Gezien de andere kamers ook niet geweldig waren kan ik niet berijpen hoe dit 4 sterren kan zijn. Wij hadden nog een paar dagen te gaan en wilde echt niet meer van kamer verwisselen en hebben het dus zo gelaten. Dit was kamer 103. Ontbijt was erg matig. 3 warme en standaard ontbijt. Geen 4 sterren waardig,

Everything is okay. but at night it’s really very noisy with all those bar around. and we didn’t make up room so we went to the reception to get a bottle of water and they charge us 50k for that bottle of water. it’s was suppose to be free if we make up room...

Lage zentral aber sehr laut, Zimmer zudem hellhörig, Lüftung und Wasseranlage scheppern so laut, dass man nicht schlafen konnte, Safe ist nicht vorhanden oder nicht ist in der Wand verankert (wegtragbar). Türschlösser funktionierten nur teilweise-Eintritt für alle möglich Mitarbeiter eher unwissend und hilflos, Frühstück war minimalistisch, zu empfehlen sind daher die Suppen. Der vermeintliche Geheimtipp entpuppte sich als Flop.

Perfect hotel in perfect location, but.....

Well designed rooms, high quality mattress, perfect location, decent bathroom. So only one "minor" problem: The hotel has a construction project going on next doors, starting from 7.00 am in the morning, so impossible to sleep beyond this time. Hotels.com usually indicates when a hotel has an ongoing construction project, but when booking this hotel, there was no such indication. I would nt have booked this hotel, if I had known about the construction noise. For any future guests, I strongly advise to be aware of this issue before booking this hotel.

We enjoyed staying with Lief Mojo Saigon. The room was very modern and comfortable, plus the breakfast (cooked to order) was delicious. It was in a great location - close to everything, and the Little Tokyo district (where we stayed) was very walkable. Though it is the red light district, it was very safe and in fact the street network is very quaint.

Nice clean, friendly and helpful hotel. Although in the back streets in the massage parour area it was no problem. Good eateries nearby, in walking distance of Notre Dame, Post Office, Palace, a good cheap market and the Rex Hotel.

A little gem in the heart of Hi Chi Minh City

We couldn’t have found a better hotel. Walking distance from all the main attractions, very friendly staff, great breakfast and tea included in the price, a very nicely appointed room, I just wish they had curtains in the bath tub for when taking a shower. I will recommend this hotel to anyone going to HCMC.
