Old school Italian hotel where time likely has stood still for decades (in a positive sense). Very friendly atmosphere. Clean and tidy rooms. Nice pool area. Great location just minutes walking to the historical center. 20 minutes car ride to beaches. Close to top wine producers.

Great Hotel in Capalbio, Tuscany

This was our first time to this part of Italy for a visit to the Tarot Gardens. We arrived by a regional train from Roma and were picked up by the Hotel van right on time. Great hotel in a small town in Tuscany. We are planning another visit in 2025 on our way to Viareggio for carnival.

The pool and all facilities were well maintained and a real treat. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. I would not hesitate to recommend this gem.

What a gem! Location allows for a variety of day trips around Tuscany (assuming you have access to a car) while also being walking distance to over a dozen local restaurants in the old town of Capalbio. Staff went out of their way to be helpful, no matter who we encountered throughout our week stay. The property isn’t large but very well kept, offers a beautiful outdoor pool area and many indoor and outdoor communal spaces. Plus, the suites are perfect for families, and include a handy kitchenette. We loved our stay with our young child and highly recommend this spot for any age!

Fantastisk familieopphold i Capalbio
