Wir waren vor zwei Jahren schon mal in der Unterkunft. Damals waren wir noch nicht so begeistert weil alles etwas veraltet wirkte. Seitdem hat sich einiges getan. Wir hatten in unser Unterkunft einen neuen Kühlschrank, die Küchenausstattung war neu und ebenso die Küche. Selbst das Zimmer war diesmal sauber. Das Highlight für meine Kinder war der angenehm temperierte Pool.

Von unserem Appartement Zi 303 hatten wir eine grandios schöne Aussicht!!! Da wir auf dem Balkon nur früh morgens Sonne hatten, konnten wir viel dort im Schatten sitzen und haben uns insgesamt sehr wohlgefühlt und gut erholt. Der Whirlpool könnte öfters sprudeln. Der Duschvorhang war zu kurz und schlecht angebracht.

Il residence è molto tranquillo e silenzioso. Le parti comuni e la piscina sono ben tenute. Marciana Marina dista 5 minuti a piedi ed è uno dei paesi più belli dell'Elba. Lo staff è molto disponibile e gentile. Purtroppo però l'appartamento del residence dimostra tutti i suoi anni: l'arredamento è vetusto e i cardini delle porte sono arrugginiti. Il wifi non ha mai funzionato.

Leider merkt man Teilen der Anlage an dass Sie schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Man wird von einem vergilbten Schriftzug begrüßt bei dem der 3 Stern schon nach unten baumelt. Die Küche ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, für einfache Gerichte zum Frühstück oder Abendessen ist alles vorhanden. Der Pool ist ist sehr sauber und scheint auch neu renoviert zu sein. Die Lage der Anlage war der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für unsere Schnorchel und Strandtouren mit dem eigenen Auto. Es ist ein Parkplatz pro Wohneinheit vorgesehen (alle nummeriert nach Apartment).

Ottima soluzione per Marciana Marina.

Eccellente residence a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro e dal mare. Camera pulita con balcone vista mare. Cucina provvista di tutto quello che serve. Parcheggio gratuito interno assegnato. Ottimo anche il ristorante. Wi-Fi senza problemi. Da consigliare sicuramente !

Relaxing location, renovation needed

Quiet Hotel located in a living area. Very friendly staff and in clean general. The pool was wonderful and very clean. The rooms need renovation, particularily air condition and kitchen. Breakfast so so. The village can be reached simply within 10 minutes walking. All in all OK Hotel, but in relation to the old rooms the room rate was too much.
