The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive to every detail. During our visit, my daughter celebrated her 12th birthday, and the team surprised her with a sweet note and a thoughtful goody bag — such a kind gesture that made our stay even more special. Staff was very nice and helpful. Accommodation was clean and included all necessities. The metro is a 3 minute walk and the centre was also around a 15 min. walk so everything was very nearby. I definitely recommend this place and I would go again if I visit Valencia.
