Friendly staff, clean grounds and rooms, beach is great! Went with friends of ours, we all had a great time! Restaurants, bars and shop all within walking distance. We will definitely be back!!

Loved our stay. The location is perfect, right on the water. The view from the studio was breathtaking. Check in was great, such accommodating and friendly staff. We loved that check out was not until 11 am so we had time to walk the beach and swim in the pool that morning. There are tons of wonderful restaurants and fun shops nearby. Our two day stay was amazing and we would highly recommend this place to anyone who loves the beach. Great value too

Super friendly staff that helped us check in and get a room with a better view of the ocean. Kitchenette was perfect for cooking small quick meals. Super quiet and the rooms were just as advertised. Located in a great spot with things to do close. Will be back!

We had stayed here before a few years ago and loved it enough we had to go back! There's not a bad View from any of the rooms and the beach is spectacular! We saw dolphin every morning and the best sunsets every night! It's close to Treasure Island and John's Pass, Lots of great food and the beds are comfy and the staff accommodating.

Our room was on the second floor with a balcony overlooking the pool area as well as the Gulf of Mexico. I couldn’t have asked for a better view! It was absolutely perfect for my husband and I to have a little getaway. The king suite was a good size, the bed was comfortable, there were two recliners and a table for dining. It wasn’t fancy, but it was exactly what we wanted. We will definitely visit again.

I ALWAYS read the reviews before I stay somewhere. The reviews on this place were great, so we gave it a try. This place is definitely a 10/10. It is smaller and older, but clean, friendly, and quaint. As an added bonus, it is an adults only place. It seems like everyone we talked to had stayed there before. This place has a refreshing small pool, a continental breakfast, and free covered parking. It is within walking distance or a short car ride to a variety of places to eat. It is right on the beach and from your balcony you will see dolphins swim by in the morning and in the evening. The sunsets on the beach are breathtaking! We will be back =)
