We firstly were disappointed with our Accommodation, wasn't cleaned, Room dated, Furniture wasn't the best. Would not rate it an 8.5 like it said. We spoke to Lady in charge and she was so apologetic and had our room re-cleaned and delivered us a rug as no heating. Location was perfect, Tram station out the front, Northcliffe Surf club a block away and 10 minute walk to Cavill Av. Would think of staying again as price was good and great Location, but would remind them of some Cleanliness.

We stayed there for a week and it was great. It was myself and my two teenage daughters. Spacious, great amenities, easy walk to cavill avenue 10 mins, 5 mins to beach. Great pool and wifi always worked. Will stay again!!
