This property is excellent. The location is central to everything and the apartments are clean and well fit out. Leo looked after us right through from booking to check out. I can’t recommend this property enough.

Apartment with kitchen and laundry facilities, central to the theatres restaurants, Chinatown, tram stop right outside. Owner easy to communicate with gave a discount due to temporary problems with air conditioner that were beyond his controll. We will definately stay on our next trip to melbourne

This accommodation is located in the central city and a tram stop is right in front of it, so it is very easy to go around. It is also very well equipped with a washing machine and a kitchen with all the necessary crockery and equipment so we could stay as if we were living in Melbourne. The owner and staff were very friendly and the only thing you need to bring is a toothbrush set. We were very satisfied with our stay.
