SO close to the colosseum, great restaurants and gelato shops, great grocery store nearby. Also close to the hop on/hop off buses and close to the metro. Great little place.

Amazing property with the best staff ever! Gives you an entire walkthrough of Rome and is in the best location! Highly recommend…if I had any negatives with are mute compared to the positives I would say the bed is ehh and it’s quite loud but so is everywhere in Italy tbh. Great place!!

Positive; It was in a good location and we could walk to landmarks easily by walking, so very convenient. The size of apartment was good. Good communication with property managers. Very clean, free drinks in the fridge ( very good refreshments in the arrival) washing machine. Parking off street was good and reasonable price. Negative: no lift ( elavator)

Nice, clean, close to Colosseo and subway. Friendly owner. Love the location. Please mark the floor and room numbers, better to put a sign or name on the door. I went to a wrong floor and wrong door a couple times. All rooms are same doors, so confusing.

Great apartment, close to sights, great views

Very nice apartment within walking distance to the Coliseum. Has a great view from the living, bedroom, and bathroom. Great a/c and comfortable bed. Wish there had been an elevator bc of the difficulty of getting luggage up two flights of stairs and there was a washing machine but no dryer so we could not use it. You can park on the street or at Coliseum Parking garage around the corner. Overall great space. Recommend!

Good sized apartment but bathroom was very tight. A little introduction to apartment use would be nice. The radiator in bathroom was pumping out heat and did not know how to turn this down. The shutters were controlled by electric switches and only figure this out on day 3. The location is wonderful for transportation links and the great number of restaurants nearby. We found two local markets a short walk from the apartment and they are wonderfully stocked.

Perfekt boende precis vid Coloseum

Perfekt lägenhet när Coloseum. Lägenheten hade allt man behöver plus en mataffär 2 minuter iväg som har öppet dygnet om. Trevligt folk som hyr ut med kontoret runt hörnet. Ett boende som jag verkligen kan rekommendera.

La struttura è comodo per arrivare alle attrazioni principali. 15 mins a piedi dal circo massimo! Ma il letto matrimoniale ha bisogno di un nuovo materasso perché sembra di cartone. In oltre un oggetto non identificato appiccicato al muro sul lato sinistro lascia molto desiderare. Ricevimento e impatto iniziale molto sodisfatta, ma la notte un disastro per il materasso scomodissimo.
