Esplanade, June 2015

The reception staff were extremely helpful, organizing a private visit to the Danube Delta instantly. The room was large and very comfortable with a view of the Danube. We used the Wifi and satellite TV without any problems. The dining room overlooked the Danube. The service and food were very good.

Esplanada-Tulcea

Tulcea is one of the best places on earth for fauna and flora. The Museum of Delta Dunari Eco-Tourism is fantastic. A must to see. The Hotel is by the river, well located. There is a small sauna (dry) and gym. It is OK for 1-2 day staying. The restaurant is good.

Reasonable hotel, no service

For a hotel in these parts of the world, Esplanada Hotel is OK. The concept of service still needs to arrive as would a ban on smoking in public areas. I never got the free WIFI connection to work and no support was provided. The hotel was unable to provide even the simplest advise on how to venture into the Danaube Delta, book a ferry ticket, rent a boat or similar - surprising, since this seem to be one of the only attractions of the area.

A Great Moderate Price Choice in Tulcea, Romania

Superb choice in Tulcea... rooms are spacious and very clean, well-appointed. Had wonderful view over the boardwalk and the Danube. Staff was very helpful and parking was easy.

Fantastisk hote.

Rigtig høj kvalitet til prisen. Det var præget af, at besøget lå udenfor sæsonen, så restauranten havde ikke det største udvalg, men det de havde var fremragende.
