Very bad communication

Firstly took us 1.5 hrs to get checked in they charged us 2 times went to the pool and was closed then re opened for them to say that we needed swimming hats but the shop was closed till 430 so 1 hrs after we got there 2 little children just staring at the water and crying because they wanted to go in the water

Big unit and ac worked but that’s about it. Weekly clean and towel change only. Everything including pool shut down from 2-5pm in 45C heat?? Espresso and food overpriced by triple than everywhere else. More of a unit rental and your on your own. You can get a hotel for what I paid with full service in a major tourist area rather than this place. Tired building and far from beach, staff service non existent in any front. Seemed like they didn’t want to be there or help.
