Hotel is good,rooms are big , location is very good, you can find many restaurants nearby, only problem is there is no air conditioners in the rooms. If you don't need AC than you should stay in Flowsuites WTC.

The suites are spacious and fully equipped. Very comfortable and beautifully kept. The bed was so comfortable! It is close to everything with a shopping centre across the street. I highly recommend!

It is a perfect small Appartment with functioning kitchen. Easy for people with dietary restrictions. There is a grocery store across the street. Located on a quiet street within walking distance of World Trade Center

We stayed here for 10 days and it was exactly what we wanted. The room was spacious, and the kitchen had all the things we needed like a corkscrew, wine glasses, pans etc. There is a large grocery store right across the street. When there is a concert at the WTC it can be loud at night, but otherwise it is quiet. Excellent dining options within walking distance.

The room is decent for the price, staff are friendly and helpful. There is no air conditioning at the WTC location. The fitness room is poorly equipped and dirty and dusty. I have never seen anyone cleaning it, not weights, only one of the three cardio machines was functional, the Wi-Fi connection was pretty weak, then it was constantly disconnecting from our devices as well as from the smart tv located in the bedroom. The units lack in cleaning, the floor was always so dirty regardless of the maids’ efforts. There were crumbles of food under the sofa. Also, the utensils given for the kitchen are low in quality and not enough to cook. Great location though. However, the windows are not noise-cancelling, the windows locks are all broken. I had to wear some earplugs for sleep.

We arrived and had no towels, no bottled water, no soap, no tv , not what was described on site . Terrible shower head, difficult to shower , water splashing all over . Did not enjoy the room o e bit. Also very hot in the room, suffocating .

En general, tuvimos una buena experiencia. El check-in y el check-out fueron muy rápidos y sin ningún problema. También agradecemos que hayan resguardado durante todo el día un pedido que solicité a una farmacia. Además, respetaron nuestra reservación hecha con cuatro meses de anticipación, lo cual fue un gran detalle. El departamento en general era agradable y la atención del personal fue buena. Sin embargo, el cocinero fue muy serio y poco amable. Una actitud más cordial o una simple sonrisa harían una gran diferencia en la experiencia de los huéspedes. Como aspectos a mejorar, la coladera de la regadera estaba tapada, por lo que cada vez que nos bañábamos se acumulaba mucha agua. También, sobre el WC había un tubo de desagüe expuesto, y resultaba desagradable escuchar constantemente el paso del agua cuando los huéspedes de otros cuartos usaban el baño o la regadera. Sería recomendable cubrir esa instalación.

Primero en la plataforma solo aparece la opción de flow suites de WTC cuando hay otra opción en Polanco. Se me quedaron unas cremas en la habitación y no fueron capaces de contactarme para informarme. Yo traté de comunicarme con ellos por teléfono y nunca contestaron y por mensaje y tampoco contestaron mis mensajes. Demasiado acabado el hotel. El desayuno PÉSIMO. La cama buena y la habitación está bien. Pero el edificio es completamente sucio y viejo.
