Vor Ort gibt es keinen Ansprechpartner. Die Kommunikation mit „Wonderful Italy Srl“ erfolgt per E-Mail, offenbar über die Zentrale in Rom. Der Check-in ist nur online möglich; den Zugangslink erhält man erst einen Tag vor der Anreise. Der Online-Check-in ist eine Zumutung. Dagegen ist der Check-in bei einer Airline ein Kinderspiel. Für jede Person müssen sämtliche Ausweisdaten einzeln eingegeben und Fotos der Vorder- und Rückseite des Ausweises bzw. Reisepasses hochgeladen werden. Auch die örtliche Steuer muss online per Kreditkarte bezahlt werden. Obwohl die Zimmerrechnung bereits beglichen wurde, müssen sämtliche Daten erneut eingegeben und der komplette Zahlungsvorgang durchlaufen werden. Eine Zumutung für jedermann! Die Expedia-Fotos vermittelten den Eindruck, dass unsere Wohnung eine Terrasse hat und Frühstück angeboten wird. Die Buchungsbestätigung zeigte als einziges Foto die Terrasse. Vor Ort stellte sich heraus, dass diese zu einer größeren Wohnung im selben Haus gehört. Das Frühstücksangebot wurde als Missverständnis bzw. Fehler in der Beschreibung bezeichnet. Unsere E-Mail-Beschwerde wurde erst nach zwei Tagen beantwortet. Laut Anbieter gelten die Fotos für mehrere Wohnungen. Diese Darstellung ist irreführend und weckt falsche Erwartungen. Die Abweichungen haben unsere Zufriedenheit erheblich beeinträchtigt. Wir werden Expedia um Prüfung bitten.

Great location, ideal for seeing Ostuni. Clean but lacking in some amenities. A kettle/jug, plus some more utensils in the kitchen would be good.

Terrace Isabella is a lovely three bedroom apartment in an excellent location, a few minutes walk to the old city and tons of restaurants. The company Wonderful Italy has an office in town and were very helpful with any request we had, wether about the apartment or Ostuni and area. The terrace is a delight and we sat there a few evenings enjoying a glass of wine and the sunset. They could stock the kitchen a little better, only one dishtowel, no drinking glasses (only wine), no kettle. Other than that I would highly recommend this apartment and Wonderful Italy.
