Good stay.

Arrived when Guestify office open so checked in with a person. I did see a lock box next to our apartment so I would guess check in easy even after hours. Staff very helpful and had great info on Porto on our arrival. The only problem was we had booked and had confirmed a specific apartment through Hotels.com but we were moved to a different apartment at the front of the building so could be a bit noisy. Great location for transportation, shopping and restaurants. A short walk from Bolhao metro station. Overall a very nice stay.

Ubicación perfecta, con un parking 24h al lado por 12€/dia. El apartamento tenía de todo, y estaba completamente reformado. La cama comodísima y silencio absoluto para dormir. A pesar de que nuestro apartamento era un primer piso hacia la calle estaba perfectamente aislado. La entrada muy rápida y fácil. Además, tienen agua y café como detalle. Por poner un punto de mejora a eso, que obviamente no tendrían por qué hacerlo… ya sería fantástico que tuviese un par de shots de leche (por pedir). Así que el resumen es que ha sido una estancia fantástica!!

Excellent apart-hotel

Excellent studio apartment, 1 block off the main pedestrian shopping street, and close to many sights. lots of restaurants shopping nearby, including supermarkets and wine stores. Speak with the agency several days at least before your arrival date to secure a parking space a few doors down the street. You will pass it on your right when you arrive up the street, you might be able to temporarily to park illegally in front of a delivery door across the street. Excellent service and hosts. My only concern could be the lack of an elevator for some people.Highly recommended!

The rooms are clean and nice. All furniture looks pretty good and has a decently equipped kitchen. The bed is comfortable; though, the pillows aren’t. It is not particularly noisy; but you can hear everything from the rooms above or below.

Very clean, spacious and conveniently located property. Excellent manager on hand throughout the day to assist and sort out any issues. English news channels on the TV - Sky News and BBC. Garden area at rear of the property where you can relax and have a drink. Would recommend.

Perfect!

This beautifully appointed apartment was the perfect place to stay in Porto. Upon arrival, we were a little nervous because the street looked a little sketchy at night. We parked in a parking garage and found the check in office. The woman who checked us in was fantastic. She gave us a map and a lot of good tips. The apartment itself was great and had everything we needed for a 3 day stay. Once we went out, we realized that we were within walking distance of everything we needed. We loved our stay here and would highly recommend it.

The ladies in the front office were very friendly and helpful. After a long day of travelling, we had difficulty finding the parking garage. It is a very busy one-way street with several garage type doors, hard to see street numbers. One lady came outside of the office to direct us, and helped with luggage. We were in apartment "Blue Topaz" facing the back courtyard. There is no traffic noise, very quiet. The little apartment is nicely decorated with high end appliances. We had difficulty operating the counter top, two burner stove. Again one of the reception ladies came and showed us how the stove works. There is a cupboard unit with a rod for clothes;however only a few hangers. It would be nice to have at least 10 hangers, five for each of us, and perhaps a small dresser to actually put clothes into drawers. I felt I was living out of my suit case as it was on the floor. My only complaint! Balhao Market is a five minute walk away. I got spoiled having fresh bread, pastries, fruit and veggies. We also bought large cooked shrimp which were delicious. The historical sights and Ribeira waterfront are within walking distance and we are 70 seniors. There are many restaurants in tte area. All in all, it was a great choice for us for our stay in Porto. PS we would suggest a rool of paper towel for the kitchrb
