Our chalet is wonderful - clean, well equipped, warm, very comfy beds. Managers Freddie and Linda have been extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Fabulous gym and pool, sauana and steam room on site. All done superbly.

Our place was spacious, clean and comfortable. It was in a beautiful location in Les Houches with nearby forested walking trails. Although we weren't there during the ski season, it's super close to the lifts and I'd definitely go back and stay here to go skiing. The bus and train stops are withing walking distance. The staff are welcoming and the hotel has a beautiful spa. It was a very relaxing and enjoyable stay in Les Houches.

Absolute dream stay

Everything was absolutely perfect, it was everything we had hoped for for our first alps ski holiday. The whole place is very clean and beautifully designed. The chalet was warm and comfortable and had everything we needed for self catering and it was literally only a 5 minute walk to the main ski lift in Les Houches (Prarion). And after a day of skiing, coming back and storing all our ski equipment in a dry room, with private lock up and then heading to the sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and pool was the cherry on the cake for making it a perfect stay.

We spent 7 days at this residence and had a lovely time. The staff were incredibly warm and friendly throughout our stay. The location is excellent—just a few minutes' walk to the children’s ski school and the Prarion gondola. We also appreciated the parking flexibility, with free outdoor spots behind the hotel or the option to rent a space in the underground garage. Our apartment was well-equipped, especially the kitchen and bathroom, making it perfect for traveling with a child. We also had a beautiful mountain view from our window. The swimming pool and Jacuzzi were a big hit with our family! The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because of an issue on our first day. We were initially placed in the Quartz building, where there was a very unpleasant smell, like a blocked drain. However, the staff moved us to an apartment in Opale Blanche, which was fantastic and had no issues at all. Had we stayed in the odor-free room from the start, this would have been a definite 5-star experience. Overall, we would still recommend it for a ski holiday!

Accueil au top, personnel tres agréable. Le coin detente : spa, jacuzzi... est vraiment super et dans une ambiance cosy. La vue sur les montagnes est splendide ! Le logement est grand et bien agencé mais vieillissant et mal insonorisé, dommage... Je recommande tout de même ce logement pour son cadre et sa proximité des commerces et autres activites.

Nous avons été déçu du séjour dans cet établissement 4 étoiles. Ambiance froide , mobiliers usés, pas de machine à café pour dosettes/capsules, beaucoup de demandes pour le départ, facturés si non effectuées et tout ça pour une remise des clés à 9h30 max. Spa fermé sauf piscine ouverte et agréable. Service de boulangerie très apprécié. La situation du covid peut expliquer beaucoup de point negatif mais nous etions juste avant dans un autre hôtel 4 étoiles sur Chamonix pour moins chers avec un spa complet et ouvert, un ménage fait tout les jours et biens d’autres avantages en plus. Nous pensions retrouver le même confort ici mais loin de là.
