This was the noisiest apartment that I ever stayed in. Street noise echoed through the entire apartment. The apartment was comfortable, but the chairs were rickety. The bedding was good. The bath was good.
Though the property contract was nice, my family and I had the worst experience. The heater did not work for days, and there was no hot water ourentire stay.
Very unsatisfied with this property. Additionally, the pictures are very deceiving, the property did not look like the pictures at all!!

You need to pick up the key, 3km away from the flat.
Missing information about the way you should enter and unlock the front door.
300GPB in assurance, without knowing if/when they cancel the guaranteed block on your credit card.
Extreme loud ventilator outside, meaning you need to move the bed.
The TV is working but has no channels.
The hairdryer is functional but very old and makes noises and you are afraid of if its will blow up, when using it.
The place is clean and overall in good shape.

I would not recommend it!
The apartment itself was as nice enough, except that the actual apartment was not the same as in the ad. Different address and the pictures on hotels.com was not from the actual apartment.
Our problems started on our second evening, when water started coming out of the roof, more exactly; through the electrical system. What do we do? We tried calling the landlord, but no answer - not even on the 'in case of emergency' number. Knowing that water and electricity does not match very well, this night we did not sleep good... The next day we got hold of the landlord who came over while we were out. No feedback to us about the problem.
Very disappointed about the landlord, and I would strongly recommend you to look elsewhere for an apartment.

Die Wohnung hat eine sehr gute Lage. Man konnte mit der Underground oder zu Fuß alles gut erreichen.
Leider hatten wir Probleme mit warmen Wasser in der Dusche. Kalt oder heiß - dazwischen gab es nichts - deswegen einen Punkt Abzug.
Die Kommunikation per Email/WhatsApp und Schlüsselübergabe verlief reibungslos.

Not very clean or family friendly, good location
We ordered the apartment through hotels.com based on description and pictures presented more than a month before our arrival. There were problems in contacting the owners right from the beginning. Apparently the apartment we ordered is not at the address listed in confirmation but in another building managed by the same agency. The check In office Is not just outside the apartment but actually about 15 minutes drive from it, Which is extremely inconvenient especially after a long flight arriving with the baby. There is an additional charge for everything, 40 pounds for cleaning, 50 pounds For arrival after eight in the evening and additional 40 pounds for getting the keys Inside the apartment so we ended up paying in cash almost for additional night. And even after agreeing to beAlso they check out is very early,
Ett bra alternativ till hotell. Lägenheten var mycket trevlig och modern. Incheckningen skedde på ett annat ställe än där lgh låg, men inga problem att ta sig till lgh efter en snabb och smidig incheckning.

Overall a good stay as long as you know what you’re getting into. You have to go pick up the keys at another location and pay £40 in cash for the cleaning fee. I knew both these things ahead of time so I was prepared and was okay with it ( you get what you pay for and we saved a bit staying here versus other options). The apartment itself is great and is close to an easy underground stop, which has the line that goes to Heathrow. So checking out and going to the airport was a breeze! On arrival, We ended up sending half the group and luggage to a bar around the corner from the apartment while I went up north to collect the keys. It wasn’t that big of a deal but it did take me about 45 min roundtrip. The apartment was clean and bed was comfy, so no complaints there. We would definitely stay here again, provided the price was still decently lower than other options - for the inconvience of getting the keys (and don’t forget to add in the cleaning fee when comparing to other hotels). My only complaint is that the towels are very small, they barely fit around me, and I’m not a large person. They also didn’t provide more than one towel per person so we ended up using our bath towel as the hand towel and washcloth as well. But that is workable, just an easy and cheap suggestion to make things better!
Great apartment, disturbed by surprise jackhammers
The apartment itself was wonderful - better than expected. Well decorated, very clean and with a handy kitchen.
The check-in process was a little laborious - we traveled from our previous hotel, taking a 30£ cab ride over to their unmarked office. After checking in we got a laminated sheet giving us directions to where the apartment was which happened to be another 16£ cab ride. It would be better if there was a shuttle to and from since it was expensive to transit with our bags.
That was a bit annoying but wholly forgivable until the construction started. The entire sidewalk in front of the apartment was ripped apart by jackhammers starting at 8am. We weren't given the heads up and when I contacted the property manager, they said "We feel sorry for your inconvenience, but please accept that we can't be responsible for anything what is having place outside our apartments." When fleeing the apartment to escape the noise, a board had to be laid down to allow us to get over the rubble.
I would recommend confirming with the hotel that there's no construction happening during your stay at this otherwise very decent accommodation.
