Nice, clean, well-equipped apartment on the 9th floor. Was really nice. Enjoyed my stay. Property manager was lovely. The only small criticism was that it was really hot and the aircon only cooled the lounge, so the bedroom was roasting! I’d definitely stay again though.

Booked for 3 people and only had 1 King sized bed and you can open windows and the air on unit was only in the living room which made the bedroom unbearable hot. Wouldn’t stay here again

Beautiful place to stay and the apartment was very well equipped but the bed was not very comfortable.basically 2 singles pushed together and was a huge dip between mattresses. I would stay again but please change the mattresses.

Good spacious one bedroom apartment. Booked for 2 adults and 1 child, but not clear that no bed or sofabed is provided for the 3rd person. Mattress and bedding can be provided for additional fee. Early check in subject to availability. No messages responded to via hotel.com messaging service however when rang apartments directly the member of staff was extremely helpful. Very central and car parking is in multi-storey car park immediately behind apartments for eight pounds for 24hrs and can be paid when checking in. Convenience stores handily below apartment block.

Friendly, simple check -in. Easy parking in multistory just behind which can be added to the room. Great TV, good shower and comfy bed. Roomy flat with good equipment level in the kitchen. Some welcome gifts too (tea, coffee, sugar, washing up liquid and tea towels) which were very welcome. Mini supermarket located just below too.

Always feel right at home when I'm staying here. Nice to have the use of a full kitchen when travelling, and laundry facilities for that matter. The guys here always go out of their way to make you feel welcome and address any issues/requests. Would definitely come back if in the area again.

Amazing! They're so helpful, kind, and friendly. They gave us a 2-bed room which were very clean without any issue. Everything was awesome! Wow! Thanks for such a great service and made our new year sweet!
