Our stay at Boricua Apartments was lovely. The location is a quick walk to the beach, is close to the center of town, and the apartment was clean and very comfortable. I fully recommend staying here.

It was clean. But no amenities like coffe or filters there is a pot no paper towels no towels in the kitchen no light over the kitchen table very dark. Good location. A/C only cooled the bedroom. Also need to make the ck in better. Had to have Expedia intervine. Could not get itouch with the phone number and voice mail is in spanish. When you send the email just make it clear that ck in is at the restaurant untill a certain time.

If you are looking for a safe place to stay in Rincon where you can lie your head, and have no expectations; this will do. There are beaches, supermarket and eateries. Parking is included on property. Manager was very friendly and helpful.

Solid apartment upstairs from a restaurant with plenty of safe parking. Could sleep up to 4 with 3 bed options. Water pressure was good but faucets sprayed all over. Main room had AC but just a fan for the other two spaces. Would be good to split with a friend/couple. Perfect location from beaches and city center. Make sure you have a rental car!

YOU JUST CANT BEAT THIS LOCATION ACROSS FROM THE MARRIOT, BEACHFRONT. NEXT TO ALL THE GREAT RESTAURANTS AND WALGREENS. EDDY THE MANAGER IS OUTSTANDING. SERIOUSLY, THIS IS ONE COOL AND AWESOME PLACE TO STAY. HOT WATER AND PLENTY OF AIR CONDITION, NICE AND QUIET. WAY TO GO EDDY!!!

The landlord was very communicative and helpful. Texted me not only about how to get into the apartment after hours, but about the lunch special at the restaurant below and about a cultural fair in town one of the nights. Recommended and would stay again.
