Property is looked after pretty well. We rented an airstream trailer. Everything worked and was well stocked but the floor was spongy from prior water damage and some of the window handles were broken or portly functional. Overall it is a good place to stay and we’ll return!

We stayed in Kumbya Airstream and it was very clean. We had a smores kit waiting for us on the dining table! Nice surprise. The bbq had fuel but wouldn't ignite and had dirty rusty grates. The location is awesome right across the street from the ocean and Pelican Brewing which has amazing clam chowder.
