It was good experience clean and friendly staff

It was good to stay at Al Raien which is near the heart of shopping. On the whole good place to stay and every convince you can get avail.

The lady at the reception is the best employee among all. She followed through our requests but the problem was others did not carry out the tasks as conveyed by her. Wearing a smile by the male employees will give a much better impression to visitors.

There is a lot of room for improvement

Staff were helpful and friendly. The Appartment is located in a busy old Bur Dubai area, close to many attractions and to metro station. It’s also close to the national buses station. However, the Appartment itself is very basic and I didn’t find it comfortable specially that we booked triple beds. There was no dining table and the place is very small. Furniture is old. The fridge is very noisy and we had to put it off at night. Only 2 TV channels. I think it was just convenient and relatively cheaper than most Dubai areas. I recommend it for only guests who want to stay on a budget and casual place. Staff are brilliant and helpful though

They Are conmen. What you book and what you get are miles appart. I had booked a 3 twin bed apartment 3rooms. What i get is a single room with 1 twin bed and 1 single bed. For the kitchen the doors are falling off and the bathroom is always wet as water does not go out of the gulleys

voin sanoa ihan rehellisesti että kun markkinoitte Ai Raein hotelia matkustajille hirvee hotelli mutta halpa olen matkustellut paljon ja en ole eksynyt noin huonoon hotelliin henkilö kunta on kohtelias ja asiallinen mutta hotellin kunto on erittäin alhainen ja epäsiisti
