The lady there named Sandy was super amazing and nice. She helped us with a lot of things but the quality of the place was not so great. We had neighbors that were very sketchy and room service only came once per week. Room service kept forgetting to give us blankets and towels. But I would say Sandy made it a lot better.

Got a room near a stairwell and the noise & banging doors was terrible. Talked to the manager the next morning and the rest of my stay (1 week) was nice. Save a buck. The place is clean and if something doesn’t work, just ask.

The wifi is a sham. It takes 10 steps and you have to give up personal info just to get it. The beds are small. The rooms are tiny. They shoved a kitchen into a regular room to call it a suite. It was crowded and uncomfortable. I won't ever stay here again.

I booked this hotel for our guys traveling out of state. Your advertisement said it had a kitchen. There was nothing furnished like most places that offer this. When working across the country for a couple weeks, one doesn't pack a frying pan. When I called the front desk the gentleman told me corporate instructed them to remove everything from the rooms.You shouldn't advertise that there is a kitchen if there isn't anything in it. How many people travel with kitchen stuff??

I have bug bites all over me. The only make your key to the room work 2 to 3 days unfriendly staff I left the hotel on the 25th. They still owe me from the 25th to 5 January. I would not stay in that hotel again . People play loud music at 1:32 3330 in the morning fire department was there.

The hotel staff was friendly & helpful, but from there, things go downhill. Overall, our room was rather disappointing, & the general maintenance of the facility needed help. For instance, we often saw that the hallways went unvacuumed; bits of kleenex & lint remained in the same spot for 2-3 days. Our room also needed maintenance. The rolling chair at the desk had stained & worn upholstery; the bathroom floor (wood laminate - who puts wood laminate in a bathroom anyways!? Bathrooms should always be tiled) was coming up from the floor in many places & the paint in the bathroom was peeling & stained. Also, the cafe table in the room was too high; it didn't go with the seating area, so we had to sit on pillows to eat or write (& we are not short people). It was also very disappointing that there was absolutely nothing to eat with (no cups, plates, silverware; no cookware; not even a water boiler for tea!). They bill this as an extended stay, & there was a fridge, two-burner stove & microwave, but we ended up having to buy our own plasticware so we could at least have breakfast there. Anyone who wants to stay here should be aware of this. In short, it was disappointing & we probably wouldn't stay here again.

Rude staff and unsanitary living conditions!!

Calling this place a hotel is a stretch. Front desk staff is extremely rude and unwilling to help, the room was disgusting with pungent smells, hair everywhere, cracked ceiling and broken light, housekeeping is once a week (a luxury not a requirement), the carpets (both hallway and room) and the bathroom were extremely dirty! The only thing that was done was a made bed, with how dirty and gross this place was it’s hard to tell if the bedding was even clean given the state of the room. I would never book an uptown suite ever again in fact, how is this place even calling itself a hotel? The pictures are a lie! Everything about this place was an absolute nightmare I could not stay in such unsanitary conditions! Horrible staff, disgusting room, and purely false advertising. You’ve been warned!
