Room was full of moles, bed sheets had stains all over. Only towel in the room. From desk refused to give a second until 48h as past. Hotel is unresponsive and unreachable by me and Expedia. Expedia did a great job support. I definitely don’t recommend this “hotel”

Terrible experience from the start: for a full week before arriving, I messaged their WhatsApp, Instagram, website, and even called to change my dates — no response, no help, and Expedia also failed to accommodate me, leaving me with no choice but to go. When I arrived, reception didn’t even greet me, the first room flooded immediately from sewage backing up in the shower, and the second room they gave me wasn’t clean, with mold on the curtains, shower walls, and throughout the space. Nothing was as advertised, I felt uncomfortable the entire time, and this was one of the worst travel experiences I’ve ever had.

Avoid

Avoid at all costs if you are not local or speak Portuguese.checked into the room and one of the double rooms.was locked. When my friend who is local went to reception the check in staff made comments about me not been from Brazil and not able to speak Portuguese. He then went on to make sexist remarks towards her. It was late in the evening so in the morning we checked out and mkved to another more welcoming hotel in the area.

Vamos la: Ar condicionado muito bom, assim como a vista, espetacular para por do sol. Mas apto esta precisando de cuidados, muitas tomadas com fios a mistra, limpeza do banheiro, assim como situação do box é bem ruim. Predio precisa de um pouco de atencao tambem, elevador ruim, lendo e pouco limpo.

Ótima localização de frente para Praia Grande, o banheiro deixa a desejar, muito pequeno, a piscina é boa. O barulho no fim de semana é péssimo para dormir, devido aos quiosques em frente a praia.

O Studio estava limpo, organizado, quando chegamos. Todavia, na cozinha faltavam alguns itens essenciais: faca, caneco/leiteira, frigideira, mais panelas, mais pratos (só havia 5, então, faltou prato para colocar uma salada ou outro preparo); só tinha uma tomada, então, para ligar o micro-ondas era necessário desligar a geladeira, sem contar que a tomada o micro-ondas era de 20mAh, e a da parede era de 10mAh, só conseguimos usar, porque eu havia levado um adaptador. Seria importante melhorar a qualidade da roupa de cama e banho. A equipe é ótima, super acolhedora e atenciosa. O ar-condicionado é muito bom. Melhorando esses detalhes, voltaríamos com certeza!!

Apartamento excelente, mas falta um filtro na pia da cozinha, um suporte para toalha de banho e rosto, e uma saboneteira no Box, tivemos que colocar o sabonete em um copo descartável, a TV precisa ser smartv, pois a que tem, só tem acesso aos canais da Antena. OBS: Atendente Vitória, sempre solícita e atenciosa as nossas necessidades quando foi preciso.

A localização é excelente, o atendimento é bom, o apartamento é bem grande e comporta 6 pessoas tranquilamente, mas os quartos tem formiga e precisa de desinsetização, além de limpeza da cortinas, que por sinal são imundas e os sofás são desconfortáveis e a televisão não funciona.

O apartamento com boa mobília limpo e bem localizado , porém não se pode fazer algo frito, o que é aceitável, na minha casa também evito, porém deve se oferecer uma outra opção para cozinhar , como um pequeno forno elétrico ou uma Airfryer .No microondas não se pode fazer tudo. O pior de tudo foi não ter um cobertor decente nesse tempo chuvoso. E também o mofo entre os azulejos do box !

Estava tudo perfeito, o unico ponto negativo é que as roupas não secavam independente do local que fosse colocado o varal e o exaustor do banheiro é muito barulhento. No demais nos atendeu muito bem! Beira mar, tem estacionamento, cozinha equipada com o básico necessário, quartos confortáveis.
