The bed was comfortable, and the shower pressure and temperature were superb. I've stayed there twice now and I was satisfied both times. The only thing I was missing was a microwave in the room. There is a hot water kettle though.

The receptionist was friendly. There is a kitchen but no kitchenware. There was even a washing machine in the room; this was handy. The mattress is hard and the plastic protection sheet did not feel comfortable. The rest was fine (but not particularly clean). Maybe the best thing was the low price.

An excellent little property! It doesn't look like much from the outside, and the rooftop deck needs a lot of work, but the studio apartment itself was spacious and very comfortable, with plenty of storage space and handily equipped with an induction stovetop (you can borrow all sorts of cutlery, crockery, pots and pans downstairs) and washing machine (there are communal dryers upstairs). The wet room design (nothing separating the shower from the toilet) may not be convenient for some but is fairly common in the country, so be ready to adapt to that. Internet was blazingly fast at 80-100mbps up and down. From the hotel, the big emart hypermart is a convenient 5 mins away, the upmarket timezone mall just a fraction further, and there are plenty of local and international food options nearby. All in all, good value and a great stay!

Die Lage ist wunderbar, mit vielen Restaurants und Geschäften in der Nähe. Die öffentlichen Transportmittel (Bus/U-Bahn) sind nur wenige Meter entfernt. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit und das Zimmer war sauber mit individueller Heizung. Allerdings ist das Bett sehr unbequem, ziemlich hart, seltsam federnd und mit einer Plastikschicht unter dem Laken. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ist es eine gute Unterkunft, jedoch nicht für längere Aufenthalte geeignet.

コンビニが近くにあります。部屋はそれなりに清潔で、シャワーは出しっぱなしで待っていればお湯もちゃんと出ます。炊事場とドラム式洗濯機が室内にあるので長期滞在に良さそうです。トイレとシャワーの場所の間に仕切りがないので驚きます。トイレ含めて全ての照明のスイッチが入り口ドアの横にあります。受付の人は親切です。時間帯によっては英語の堪能な人が居てくれて助かります。
