The studio apartment was clean and well equipped. There were grocery stores just 2 mins away. Lot of options to eat. Beach was just 5 mins walk away. Very friendly staff and a great place for the price. Definitely would recommend for families.

The hotel is very clean, the area is nice, you have a bus station to Chania 3 mins away from the hotel. Did not try the nearby restaurants but you have a couple of options from what I’ve seen. The only complaint would be that you need mobile data since the Wi-Fi is very slow, but mobile data has good speed so I didn’t mind.

If you're booking through Expedia this will be your room. It's the worst room there; staff service room next door, there's an unbalanced washing machine in a niche and Everytime it goes through the spin cycle you'll hear it. Motor for fridge and AC labor loudly. An alarm goes off between 3:30-4:30 both am & pm. Housekeeping is aggressive and will bang (not knocking) on your door - cleaning in their schedule only. The beach toys are outside the door so high traffic area. WiFi out 2 days, 3 nights loud parties til 3am - rabid desk staff. Nauseous that I wasted 1000€ on this place. Transportation arranged by hotel unreliable. Was left at port to figure it out for myself then unreasonably berated by desk staff. When staff demonstrates irrational behavior, I'm not comfortable with staff entering my room bcuz you never know what passive aggressive things they might do to your stuff. Staff says only one bus, actually 4. None convienant for a busy schedule. Taxis unreliable & overcharge. Hotel is in bad location for tourism. If you're just going to let on beach, maybe okay but if you want to tour...not. much better hotel just next door.

Rummets uteplats var en trappa ner, mittemot en hög vägg. Vi satt aldrig där. Mörkt och trist. Bra med bild på det så vi hade vetat om det vid bokning. Bra rum, fin dusch. Lite hårda sängar. Kylskåpet lät väldigt högt, som om nån borrade i rummet bredvid. Lyckades stänga av det sista natten. Hemskt störande på natten.

God værdi for pengene

Der er intet eksotisk eller eksklusivt over Niriis, men det er helt perfekt til prisen. Det ligger centralt, de er utroligt søde, imødekommende og hjælpsomme og rengøring er helt i top. Lidt uoverensstemmelser mellem infomail om indtjekning og faktisk indtjekning, men ikke noget, der ikke blev fikset.
