We booked a lofted room for our family of three. The room was over all, clean. We loved that the staff was very friendly and our room was tidied up and replenished daily. Location was great. Subway/metro line 7 was conveniently steps away. Laundry room and gym were both great additions. Area is safe and quiet and several coffee shops right down the street. Great value for the price. The most helpful staff we’ve ever encountered at any hotel in Shanghai. Especially the bellhops and the front desk staff. From carrying luggage to sorting deliveries, to the friendliness of the cleaning staff, the service cannot be faulted. Location is also central and has quick access to restaurants and the metro. The room itself is slightly dated but comfortable to stay. Would book again.

This is a great hotel with metro station, large supermarket and lots of resturants opp in the mall. Breakfast was excellent and staff were very friendly. The rooms are huge and have everthing you need.

Away from tourists area yet easily reachable by Metro. The Metro station and Food court with many restaurants are located just one block from the hotel. Breakfast is excellent with a variety of items especially a variety of vegetable dishes daily.
