Nice place to stay

I enjoyed my stay here, the room is spacious and well thought out. The location couldn't be better. It was very comfortable, great staff and no issues with anything but the noise. My room with a city view was pretty noisy until 1am and started again about 6:30am. I was there at the beginning of the offseason in mid November.

Great clean modern apartment, nice bedding and towels. I was initially only staying 1 night but extended to 2 nights as I was very happy with the place and location. Restaurants right across the street and supermarket. 10 minute walk to old town and 5 minutes to the beach. I recommend it.

A nice hotel, but there was an error around my booking. All was fine (acceptable to me) until they showed up at my door just before checkout time to indicate they would be charging me for an extra night. Not ideal, but they purposefully waited until checkout to tell me this trying to squeeze me for another night. If you can’t smile and enjoy these little hustles once and awhile what can you do?

The front desk was extremely rude to me and said that they did not have my reservation, all the rooms are fully booked and told me to find somewhere else to stay. After a while of me not leaving because I already paid, they gave me a manager to speak to on the phone who told me I had to pay and extra 160 euros (on top of what I already paid through expedia) then they can give me a room. The room they offered was not even the room with a balcony sea view that I originally booked through Expedia. I would never recommend anyone to stay here again based on how they took advantage of the fact that I am a solo female and was in no way prepared to look for another hotel after I had come from a long flight. The staff had zero knowledge on customer service (which is something I noticed in most places in Budva).

Bra läge, nära till stranden, Old Town och massa mataffärer samt restauranger. Mycket trevlig och pratsam personal som kunde rekommendera saker att göra i staden. Receptionen är öppen 24/7 och du kan lämna nyckeln hos de så du slipper tänka på att slarva bort den. Lite svårt att kontakta boendet innan vistelsen dock. Lägenheterna är rymliga och fräscha, mycket modernt. Däremot hade vi ibland inget varmvatten och fick duscha i iskallt vatten några dagar. Vi bodde här i 7 nätter och aldrig städade de lägenheten. Vi frågade tre gånger och fick svar ”vi ska försöka idag”, ”vi är upptagna idag” eller ”städarna är lediga” däremot kunde receptionen ge oss nya handdukar, soppåsar osv. Överlag så hade vi en bra vistelse här.

+Sijainti oli hyvä +Kohtalaisen uusi rakennus kyseessä, joten kaiken kaikkiiaan siistissä kunnossa. +Vastaanoton henkilökunta auttoi aina tarvittaessa -Jonkinlainen ohjeistus hotellin yleisistä käytännöistä olisi hyvä. Kyseessä hotellin/asuntolan tyyppinen majoitus joten ei ollut selvää mitä itse tulisi hoitaa ja mitä majoitusliike hoitaa, siivoukset, vessapaperin vaihdot yms. Nyt näistä asioista ei ohjeistettu sisäänkirjautuessa eikä huoneesta löytynyt mitään ohjeita -
